My name is Ying Ye, I graduated from Lakehead University in the Bachelor of Arts program. My studies mainly focused on Social Sciences and Psychology in my undergraduate years. Also, I am certified through TESL Ontario and TESL Canada to teach English as a Second Language. 

However, my educational background and accreditation have little to do with my working experiences. I worked at restaurants and managed a franchise one. Then I found my passion in finances, so I worked in the banking industry for the past 15 years. I was a teller, customer services supervisor, financial advisor, back-office support, and now mainly working in the mortgage and lending sector. Luckily through all of my educational and work experiences I consolidated I want to become an educator. 

I had helped many clients with their finances, supported customer service representatives with their training and problem-solving skills, and assisted my employer with management needs. I felt I can start from the root to help people achieve success in their paths. I want to build a strong foundation for children who have yet not stepped into greater societal roles to achieve greatness.
